71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Merlot Robert Parker: The 2017 Les Forts de Latour is superb, unwinding in the glass with notions of blackcurrants, wild berries, sweet loamy soil, cigar wrapper and English walnuts. Medium to full-bodied, deep and layered, it’s concentrated and tightly wound, with superb depth at the core, lively acids and ripe, powdery tannins. This is an impeccably balanced, utterly classical Forts de Latour worth a special effort to seek out.

85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc a 5% Merlot. 91 points Robert Parker Wine Advocate: The 1994 appears to be the finest Mouton-Rothschild made following the 1986 and before the 1995 conception. The wine exhibits a dense, saturated purple color, followed by a classic Mouton nose of sweet black fruits intermingled with smoke, pain grillee, spice, and cedar. Medium to full-bodied, with outstanding concentration, a layered feel, plenty of tannin, and rich, concentrated fruit, this wine is similar to the fine 1988. Anticipated maturity: 2005-2025.

91% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Merlot An incredible nose, so subtle with red fruits, mint, minerals, and all sorts of flowers give way to Cohiba cigar tobacco. The palate has such freshness and density, with perfectly polished tannins. Slightly leathery.

75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc a Petit Verdot. Rich, very intensive wine with nice animality, minerality, freshness and touch of blackberry. The wine was aged from 18 to 24 month in new French oak barrels. Ageing potencial depending on vintage cca 25 years.
