Merlot, dry, fresh, light body, very modern, taste of strawberries

Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle (Vermentino) and Syrah, with a tiny proportion (about 5%) fermented in barrel. Elegant pale-pink color, evoking a rose petal. On the nose, Miraval Rosé shows all its elegance: beautifully fresh, it exudes aromas of fresh fruit, currants and fresh rose with a zest of lemon. The refinement continues in the mouth with beautiful liveliness and gourmet notes that subtly balance the mineral and saline notes. Grenache, Syrah, dry Château Minuty presents its absolute eye-catcher: The Minuty 281, an aromatic essence of sun-ripened fruit and fresh sea breezes, la Provence en rose et bleu. More than twenty years ago, the brothers Jean-Etienne and François Matton had selected some exceptional Grenache vines in their vineyards and cultivated them with true dedication until these vines had the necessary maturity to produce an incomparably intense and expressive wine: our wine should be a concentrate of To be Provence: a dry, pale pink rosé that reflects the blue of the sky and the sea, because both the wind and maritime currents characterize our wines, according to Jean-Etienne Matton. Six selected plots of vines supply the grapes for this sensational wine, which of course now requires adequate equipment. Malherbe Design created the extravagant bottle on which the deep blue pours over the rosé wine like sky and sea. This blue has the number 281 in the Pantone color scale and gave the wine its name.
