100% Sauvignon Blanc Intense citrus fruit and mango. Short time in the glass opens up the typical Sauvignon aromas of yellow fruit (apricot and nectarine) and flowers (broom and lily of the valley), underpinned by spicy notes of green peppers and vanilla. In addition to the aromas of the bouquet the first taste sensation is of ripe fruit with a pleasant, refreshing structure. We then return to more floral notes, ending with grapefruit zest and sweet spices. The palate has great aromatic length, carried by a lovely texture.

100% Riesling, dry (trocken) Fresh and juicy wine, mineral, touch of lime and yellow fruit. The bottle has the label only on the top - there is a creek in the cellar and the winemaker used to chill the wines in it. The bottles always lost their labels so the owner decided to keep it only on the top.

100% Vermentino (dry) Bolgheri from Italy is a varietal wine, vinified from the Vermentino grape variety. In Tuscany, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on sandy and loess soils. Due to the moderating influence of the nearby ocean ripening, the grapes grow more slowly and develop more aromatic depth. Obviously, the Vermentino Bolgheri is also determined by climatic and stylistic factors Bolgheri DOC. This Italian can be described as an Old World wine in the best sense of the word and presents itself as extraordinarily impressive. The fact that the Vermentino grapes thrive under the influence of a warm climate also has an influence on the ripening of the grapes that cannot be denied. This is reflected, among other things, in particularly well-ripened grapes and a rather high alcohol content in the wine. When they are perfectly ripe, the grapes for the Vermentino Bolgheri are harvested exclusively by hand, without the help of coarse and less selective grape harvesters. After the hand picking, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken open. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Vermentino Bolgheri can continue to harmonize for a few months on the fine lees.

100% Grüner Veltliner, dry, from low-yielding 100-year-old vines planted shortly after phylloxera. A fresh citrus nose with plump red apple leading to complex layers of tropical fruit, tarte tatin and white pepper.

100% Gruner Veltliner. This signature Austrian grape Gruner Veltliner offers lots of zesty lime and lemon notes with racy acidity for seafood and salads. Thanks to the limestone soil and old grapes the wine has nice minerality, very long and slightly spicy aftertaste.

100% Grüner Veltliner, dry, intense green-yellow, clear and spicy nose, pure and salty, demanding and lushy finish. This wine stays in big oak casks on the yeast and lees before bottling.

100% Sauvignon Blanc, like for a “Grand Cru”, the terroir of Pouilly gives a richness and a complex aromatic palate to this wine. The lively acidity and the mineral notes (chalky and flinty) are balanced by delicious flavours of citrus, pear, quince and green plum fruits but also white flowers and white peppers. It shows a very nice persistence on the finish. With its structure “JS-150” may age in bottle for 8 to 10 years.

100% Riesling, dry This GG RÉSERVE reproduces the characteristics of the Grosse Lage Wehlener Sonnenuhr in textbook fashion. The site is dominated by blue slate, and it is often said that Wehlener Sonnenuhr produces the most distinctive blue slate wines. If you were to compare wines to people, a Wehlener Sonnenuhr Riesling would be like a graceful ballerina. They are very elegant, very fine and playful, with delicate stone fruit aromas, white peach in particular. The actual Sonnenuhr (“sundial”) was built in 1842 by our family relative, Jodocus Prüm, and then became the namesake for the world-renowned Wehlener Sonnenuhr vineyard. The grapes for this wine grow in the “Laychen,” the old name for a parcel of original, ungrafted vines that are at least 130 years old. When young, these wines are captivatingly fine and playful with floral, citrus and vineyard peach aromas. But the GGR rewards extended cellaring with greater harmony and deeper expression of this extraordinary vineyard.

100% Chardonnay, dry, scents of white peach and orange blossoms; a highbred, very bright character wine; silky and elegant at maximum intensity; strongly influenced by the barrenness of the vines and the soil; grinded stone with intense minerality; enormous saltiness creates impressions of sea air and oyster shells, calm harmonic finale.

From two parcels between 30 and 45 years old, 20 percent was raised in 450-litre oak barrels. It has a lovely, crystalline, lemon nose with a breezy seashell lift. The palate has greater sucrosity and riper peach fruit, along with an alluring creamy, leesy finish.

100% Chardonnay from the very best (Grand Cru) vineyards situated on single hill next to small city called Chablis. The grapes grow on prehistoric soil – Kimmeridge limestone (fosiles). Thanks to specific terroir the wine has very fresh charakter with taste of citrusy and green apples. It is bone dry with very mineral taste. Good to drink with raw seafood (oysters), light fish meals.

100% Chardonnay, a broad-ranging nose offers up notes of matchstick, apple, lavender, wet stone and citrus rind. Not surprisingly there is more size and weight to the muscular and powerful big-bodied flavors that once again exhibit plenty of minerality on the very rich, complex and impressively long finish. This isn't a classic example but the complexity and balance are lovely and this should mature into an excellent wine.

100% Chardonnay. This is most probably the best appelation in Bourgogne for white wines. Rich and complex wine with touch of dried white flowers, ripe green apples with amazing minerality. Long and intesive aftertaste promise extraordinary experience.
