Dark golden to brass yellow colour. Moderately intense bouquet of honey, walnut, almond, yeast, and hints of stewed apple. Dry, oxidative yet fresh, sherry like palate of sour apple, apricot, almond, walnut, and hazelnut with medium saline minerality and vibrant, high acidity. Full bodied with a soft, buttery mouthfeel. Medium long nutty and buttery finish, balanced by its bracing acidity.
