Tomba Chapeus Exposition South East/South/South West Altitude 155m-241m
Mina Exposition South/SouthWest Altitude 185m-222m.
Each of these specific sites contributes unique and valuable character to the blend of the three. Proportions from each will vary slightly from year to year according to our decisions in the blending room.
Ageing in Barrels for 10 months. 35% new oak, 65% barrels of one and two years.
